A much smaller version of the classic vintage carboys, this beautiful glassware is a relic of time brought back to life with an artistic miniature living woodland captured inside.
With its thick, blue tinged hue and blown glass characteristics, the glassware chosen for this piece makes this a beautiful and unique terrarium made to be admired.
Inside has been landscaped with detailed rocks and woods selected for their textures and forms which support miniature plant varieties including blue star fern, fittonia 'light pink anne', callisia repens, pelionia pulchra, rabbits foot fern, ficus pumila, and selaginella uncinata - 'blue peacock moss', a harder to come by variety, with striking foliage that has almost iridescent blue, purple and bronze hues. A selection of native mosses has also been incorporated to creep and intermingle throughout, creating a diverse an interesting display.
The scene is set with a sweet pair of glazed ceramic deer included. The elder doe sits back whilst overlooking her baby fawn at the front exploring the woodland.
