All plants sold online have been cared for and monitored personally over a duration of time. As a result, items are limited to ensure adequate care is tailored to each individual terrarium creation, moss or plant. I believe this contributes to a better end result, with proven longevity and success. Through a more personalized level of care, this ensures plants are strong, healthy, and free of pests and disease.
As products contain natural living things that can be unpredictable and all grow in different ways, slight inconsistencies are to be expected but items are represented in the description as accurately as possible. Living moss products are 100% natural and as a result will most likely contain soil and other plant material, and like all organic products there is the risk of coming into contact with different kinds of living organisms and possible allergens.
To maintain quality control, moss and other living items are carefully selected and packaged by hand to further ensure a level of customer satisfaction is achieved, though the customer accepts responsibility with these risks involved, as well as the responsibility of others they expose the products to.
Plants are packaged more than adequately without the use of plastics and foams to lesson their ecological impact and ensure they don't get damaged along the way. Refer to 'Shipping & Delivery' for more details.
Ladyfern Indoor Plants & Vintage will not take responsibility for damage caused by negligence or prolonged delays from delivery providers or recipients.
Terrariums are hand crafted from vintage and antique glass ware that has been carefully sourced to create your one of a kind living art piece.
Items will be represented clearly with accurate photography and descriptions. Any imperfections will be clearly stated and detailed so that customers are aware of the condition of the item prior to purchasing.
Some vintage and secondhand items may show signs of wear, and if significant defect or issue is present it will be outlined in the description, as well as close up photography. The aim is to be as honest and clear with listings so that you are 100% happy with your purchase.
All terrariums come with care guides which have been created as a guide only and are not intended to be legally binding. Ladyfern Indoor Plants & Vintage takes no responsibility for breakage or loss that occurs as a result from improper care and negligence on behalf of the customer or on behalf of others, or as a result of the use of the product.
Customers accept and acknowledges full responsibility of living items once accepted, and ultimately are required to care for the items responsibly. Please refer to 'Terrarium Love & Care' for a guide on how to care for your terrarium and moss products.
Refunds are not available for change of mind. If you receive your order or delivery and there is a problem, customers must contact ladyfern_indoorplantsandvintage@outlook.com immediately within 2 days of delivery with proof of purchase, and photographs of the issue and your claim will be investigated to be resolved ASAP.

Ladyfern Indoor Plants & Vintage upholds the requirements of the Commonwealth Privacy Act 1988 in the way the website collects, uses, secures and discloses personal information. Customer data is protected by robust third party software and platforms to manage and secure customer data. Payment is accepted through PayPal, through the website and Square in person at market stall events which all uphold a high standard of buyer and seller protection and cyber security.
