Inside this stunning handmade glass jar is a living scene made to enjoy.
A detailed terrain of distorted woods, rocks and vibrant plants make up this miniature landscape where you will also find two cute black and white cats playing inside.
Able to be displayed from any angle, the 'Purrfect Playground' terrarium has been planted with fern duffy, fittonia white star, fittonia red flame, native mosses and a beautifully patterned begonia ‘bright eyes’. Sprawling selaginella neon also adds colour and a wonderful setting for one of the kittens to hide.
The jar itself was handmade in Spain and is actually part of a vintage punch bowl set. It features beautiful textured leaf pattern, and a small opening at the lip. The slight gap allows a little more airflow than our fully closed terrariums, so may require a touch more monitoring for signs it needs a light mist of water (though most likely won’t need additional water for a few months at a time).
